Every Canadian Thanksgiving weekend, Ball's Falls puts on their famous Thanksgiving Festival, where the beautifully-preserved 19th century hamlet hosts exhibits by artists, artisans, farmers, and craftspeople from all over Canada. Family-friendly entertainment abounds, with wildlife displays and folk musicians onstage throughout the weekend.

The main Festival parking entrance is accessed from 7 th Avenue, Lincoln, ON. For visitors with Accessible parking permits or accommodations, our accessible parking lot is located at the Centre for Conservation at 3292 Sixth Avenue, accessed from Victoria Ave. Please present your accessible parking permit to the traffic controller to gain entry.

The first Thanksgiving Festival was held at Ball's Falls Conservation Area in 1974. The intention was simple: to raise money for conservation and environmental programs that were not otherwise funded. This remains the purpose of the Festival today. From its humble beginnings as a one-day craft show, the event has become a family tradition.
